It is about this time of year that people start putting together lists of things from the previous year. Since I don’t have time for such trivial things, I spent about an hour and a half going through my iTunes library, picking out the songs which “made” 2004. These may not be my favorite (indeed, some of the songs suck big donkey balls) but even if years go by before I hear them again they will, indoubtedly, remind me of occasions and occurances in the year 2004.
