Well, it seems I’ve finally shaken the bug which had been pestering me for the past week or so. I haven’t had a trace of a sore throat so far today.
So, while I’m not going to rush out and hang a banner declaring Mission Accomplished before I’m absolutely positively sure the war is over, I do believe my body’s defenses have saved me from a slow, debilitating death from sore throat.
