Well, I wasn't sure I was up to it, but in the end it turned out absolutely wonderful, if I do say so myself!
This will more than likely be the last year I'll be in a house for a while, since I'll be moving into an apartment as soon as the house sells. So, I thought, why not take advantage of the big kitchen and hold Thanksgiving at my house this year. Not only would it be a treat for my mom, but I'd get a chance to try out a bunch of recipes and techniques I've been watching on the "Food Network":http://www.foodtv.com , specifically on the show Good Eats.
